1. Product Usage
This vacuum cleaner is designed for household cleaning purposes only.
Do not use the product to vacuum water, flammable liquids, hot ash, chemicals, metal debris, or sharp objects, unless the model specifically supports wet cleaning.
Operate the machine only with the original accessories and attachments provided.
Keep the device away from children. Use only under adult supervision.
2. Safety Instructions
Ensure the power supply matches the rated voltage mentioned on the product label.
Do not operate the vacuum cleaner if the cord, plug, or body is damaged.
Disconnect the power before cleaning, replacing filters, or performing maintenance.
Avoid blocking the air vents. Continuous blockage may cause overheating.
Do not use the device outdoors in wet or damp environments unless approved for wet use.
3. Warranty
The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Wear and tear of consumables such as filters, brushes, suction pipes, or dust bags.
Damage due to electrical fluctuations, short circuits, or improper power sources.
Warranty claims must be submitted with original invoice / proof of purchase.
4. Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, as per the seller’s return policy.
Replacement is provided in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection by our service team.
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for free replacement.
5. Liability Limitation
The manufacturer/seller is not responsible for:
Damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
Loss of property or injury caused during use.
Downtime, inconvenience, or loss of productivity due to malfunction.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
6. Maintenance Guidelines
Clean or replace the filter periodically as per the user manual to maintain optimal performance.
Empty the dust container after each use.
Do not wash the motor housing or electrical parts directly with water.
7. After-Sales Service
Service requests can be raised through our customer support helpline or website.
Only authorized service centers are permitted to carry out repairs during the warranty period.
Using third-party repairs will void the warranty.
8. Product Specifications
All features and specifications of the vacuum cleaner are subject to change without prior notice to improve performance & quality.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the manufacturer’s registered office.
Return & Replacement Policy –

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused products.
Free replacement available for damaged or defective products.
Customer must share unboxing video / photos for damage claims.

6-Months Manufacturer Warranty on motor & electrical parts.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or wear & tear (filters, brushes, pipes).
3. Shipping
Shipping time: 4–6 business days.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; customer may request return after delivery.

Use the vacuum cleaner for household purposes only.
Do not vacuum water (unless your model supports wet cleaning).
Avoid using on hot ash or sharp objects.
